My feeling about my CKS airport work

Recently, there is still one thing which challenges me a lot, it is our human being. I found lots of my colleagues are sooooo selfish and like to gossip. Now i really realize my major, criminology is a very hard subject cause' human are sooooo complex. It is about my working environment, my colleagues like to gossip about other colleagues' mistakes and privacy. I always hear someone says, oh, he is so bad or stupid or lazy or something else because he did some terrible things. How do you think, my friend? I also did some mistakes in my working place and later some of my colleagues told these things to other colleagues and also exaggerated my mistakes. I am angry when these exaggerating things went back to me. There are also a lot of rumors spreading between my colleagues in my working place, and i really hate these behaviors and these rumors.

They are all adults but some of their behaviors are like children's, and you will never see forgiveness and trust happen between them. Therefore, there are a lot of gossips, arguement and fights between them.

About myself, i try my best to keep my patient all the time, try to understand others' words and situations, and try to be more friendly to all my colleagues. It is very hard to avoid others' gossip about myself, you know nothing is perfect and you can always complain about that. In other words, try to please all people is impossible. Everyone has his shortcomings, and i just hope those fights could disppear in my working place. It seems impossible but i may try to create more peace and happiness between them and change our working enviornment.
